The Initial Consultation
When you arrive at our office, you complete a check-in on an iPad at the front desk. A team member will bring you into a consultation room to meet Dr. Neil. He’ll review your medical history, discuss your current issues, and based on this information, make recommendations for care. A financial analysis is also done at this time, so there are no surprises. You’ll know what to expect before any services are delivered.
Once you agree to continue with services, the doctor will do an in-depth physical exam and testing, along with X-rays in most cases. You’ll receive your first adjustment at this time, and schedule the next visit. Please allow 45-60 minutes for this appointment.

When You Return
On your next visit, our doctor will review your findings with you, explain what’s going on in your body, and discuss your plan of care to fix it. While the frequency of visits may be high to start, it will decrease as we start to see results.
Financial Responsibility
Patients know what their insurance will cover before beginning care. Any co-pays, coinsurance, or deductibles have been discussed and accounted for.
We accept all major credit cards, HSA plans, and offer a prepayment and military/first responder discount for your convenience. Please speak with a team member if you have any questions about billing or coverage.
