Meet the Staff

Lacey Malliard started work at the clinic in September of 2001.  Lacey oversees the operations of both our Hot Springs and Mt. Ida offices.  She has taken numerous hours of management training courses and she is a Limited License Radiological Technician.  Lacey is married to Ricky and together they have 3 children.  

Our Front Office Staff

Allicyn Willix joined our staff in May of 2011.  She is the Hot Springs Patient Coordinator.  She is the smiling face that greets you as you enter the clinic, as well as the helpful voice on the line when you call our office.  She is married to Aaron, and they have one son, Conner, as well as another on the way.  She is a Hot Springs native, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in English with an concentration in Communication.

Alexis Galloway began working with us in October of 2009.  She is our Hot Springs Accounts Manager.  She takes patient payments and answers financial questions for our patients, as well as helping with scheduling and new patients.  She is married to Jeremy and together they have a son, Tyler.  Alexis is a Malvern, AR native and attended school at U of A in Fayetteville before returning to the area with her family.

Our Back Office Staff

Brooklin Janes is the newest member on our staff.  She is our Chiropractic Assistant in Hot Springs.  Brooklin handles the sales of nutritional supplements and medical equipment that our patients need as well as providing hands-on assistance to Dr. Carson with our patients. She recently completed the x-ray tech program and NPCC. Brooklin has two beautiful twin girls,  Kayleigh and Baryett.  

Susan Klein has been with us since May of 2005.  She is our Chiropractic Assistant in our Mt. Ida clinic.  Susan assists our doctor in the care of our patients there.  She is also available to our patients for answering questions regarding supplements, treatment and the doctor's instructions, as well as helping with scheduling and new patients.  Susan owns Two Spirits Canoe Adventures in Mt. Ida, AR with her husband, Frank.  She has a daughter and two grandchildren living in Tennessee.

Miranda Brewer, MMT, has been with us since 2010.  She is a Master Massage Therapist from this area who specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic massage.  She does some teaching around the area, as well.  Miranda and her husband Calvin have one son, Gabe.  Miranda pursues her interests in music and drama when she isn't busy helping patients in the clinic.
